Q. How do we communicate with you if you're always remote? 

A. You can reach us via email. We have individual emails set up within our domain and you may also set an email up for us within your domain. Some of our offices also prefer to use a messaging platform such as Slack to keep communication quick and efficient. 
Q. How will we know you are doing what you actually say you are doing?

We understand the importance of transparency and communication in this type of arrangement. Therefore, we provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports that summarize our progress which also includes KPIs such as outstanding and aging numbers to prove we are doing what we say we are doing.
Q. What happens with our agreement if you take time off?

This is one of the reasons choosing outsourced help for such a critical part of your practice is a huge advantage. Our contracted services do not take breaks, as we take our work with us on the road. We provide flexible schedules and substitutions for our team members to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Therefore, vacation time for us does not affect the consistency of our services for you. Our agreement and internal protocols we use remains in place regardless of our time off.
Q. What is your contract length?

Our contract does not have a minimum or maximum length. It is renewed monthly and requires a written notice of termination 30 days in advance.
Q. If we have some cleanup work to do, can you do just that? 

Certainly, we acknowledge there may be situations where you need assistance with cleaning up your systems. It can be a challenging task to get everything back on track, especially if you don't require a permanent employee once the task list is complete. We can also provide temporary support for situations such as illness, injury, maternity/paternity leave, vacations, employee turnover, and more. However, we warn you that you may become fond of our services and want to keep us around!
Q. How can we trust that someone qualified will be assigned to our clinic?

Our focus is on maintaining a small business model that prioritizes quality over quantity. We do not have a desire to hold a large market share, rather, our goal is all about sustainability. Our hiring and supervising model ensures quality candidates are coached into positions of success, growth, and prosperity. When our team members are able to perform in such an environment, our clients also feel and see this support driven success. Furthermore, we partner with like minded practices who also put a high value on sustainability and quality over quantity. 
Q. How soon can you start?

We can start as soon as we have an agreement in place. The faster we can get our ducks in a row, the faster we can relieve you!
